As well as designing and manufacturing our own bespoke machines, we sometimes work very closely with several Tooling companies to provide bespoke machines for various customers, in this application the machine is used to mechanically clench pipes to heat exchangers.

The Tooling company, Modern Precision Engineering Ltd, designed and manufactured the tooling, we designed, manufactured and installed the control system to ensure the machine was operated in the correct sequence.

We supplied and installed all sensors to detect the various elements of the machine, we programmed the PLC to cross monitor the sequence of the various movements of the machine.
We worked closely with the Tooling company and the end user to ensure the machine functioned correctly.

We supplied a full technical file which included Electrical drawings in AutoCAD format, PLC Software, Operator Manual & CE documentation.

We have since provided an additional four identical systems.
